The information below are the dispatch timings excluding eid/ramadan period).
All orders will be processed and dispatched within up to 3 WORKING days.
Time it takes for your item to be delivered will depend on what delivery method you selected at the checkout. If you have forgotten the method you selected, please read your order confirmation rather than asking us. International customers please also make use of your tracking number which can be found on your dispatch confirmation, we can't provide any extra or exclusive tracking information so please make use of the tracking provided.

As you may have noticed, we offer a variety of couriers to choose from at the checkout. This is because we understand that courier services and their reliability greatly differ between different localities. Due to this, please make sure you are prioritising courier reliability over cost when selecting your shipping method. e.g. if Amazon in your area has a tendency to misdeliver or leave your mail unattended/outdoors, please do not select them.
If you decide to take the risk of selecting a poor courier and your delivery is stolen, please note that we will not be able to assist after the mail is marked as delivered to your address (except in unique circumstances).

Orders over 2kg (equivalent of 3 jilbabs) may be separated into two separate parcels, this is how we keep the postage costs as low as possible. International orders (to the US, UAE, EU) over 2kg will be sent using free express delivery (3-4 day arrival time).
