  • An item I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?
    Our general restock time is 2-3 months. Please pre-order items to ensure you do not miss out on the next restock as our restock does unfortunately take a while. You can also refer to our stock updates page where you will find each products listed restock date:
  • Which size should I buy?
    A thoroughly detailed size guide can be found on our size guide page: or under each products description. ​
  • How do I order?
    Simply place the desired product into your shopping cart (located in the top right corner). After you're done shopping click on the "check out" button in your cart. You will then be prompted to enter your shipping details and choose your preferred delivery and payment method.
  • How much do your products cost in my currency?
    This will vary per product. We have a currency converter located in the menu bar of our website. If your currency isn't there, please refer to google currency converter for a rough estimate or consult with your bank.
  • What happens once I have placed my order?
    Once you've placed your order you should receive a payment confirmation email followed by an order confirmation email. If you do not receive these please let us know as you may have entered an incorrect email when checking out. Goods will usually be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of your order.
  • I’m having problems placing my order – can you help?

  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    Information on shipping charges can be found on our delivery page: or at the checkout for an accurate quote. We also offer free express shipping for all UK orders over £200 and all US/EU orders over £300. Please note that we cannot provide any further discounts for shipping prices and we do not profit from them in any way.
  • What courier/shipping service is used?
    All UK orders are dispatched using Royal mail. Upon entry to the destination country, International orders which are sent via Royal mail are then transferred to a partner delivery service such as DHL/Post Nord/USPS. US/UAE orders over £63 are sent using DHL express 3 day delivery.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    Muslimah Kouture accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro. We also accept payments via PayPal (friends and family). Simply send a screenshot of your cart contents over to, don't forget to include the name and address you'd like your order delivered to. ​
  • How can I cancel my order?
    Although we will try our best, unfortunately we cannot guarantee an order cancellation once your order has been placed as our packaging team begin to process and prepare all orders for dispatch as soon as possible including the purchase of all postage labels which cannot be undone. Despite this, if you do wish to amend or cancel an order please email us as we always try and get through all emails promptly and get any urgent messages regarding amendments or cancellations over to them as soon as possible. However it is likely they will not always see our bulletin in time to cancel your orders preparation or dispatch, especially on busier days. If your order was not able to be amended or cancelled, please note that we have a very hassle free returns policy and you're more than welcome to return any unwanted items.

  • Can I track my order online?
    Once your order is dispatched, if you've ordered from abroad you should receive an email with your tacking reference number and a link to the delivery company’s parcel tracking website. UK orders will not receive a tracking link but we do retain all proof of postage and are given delivery confirmation.
  • Where will my order be shipped from?
    All orders are shipped from Muslimah Kouture's UK warehouse.
  • I want to return/ exchange my order

  • How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
    Refunds are processed in bulk every 7-14 days, we thank you in advance for your patience. Please note we are unable to comment on whether we have received your return yet because the individuals accepting the mail are not authorized to look through and open them up. The time we can offer you confirmation that we have received your return, will be the time that your refund has already been processed by our staff (which you will automatically receive confirmation of). Please expect funds to enter your bank within 3-5 days from this point and instantly if paid through PayPal. If you have not been issued a refund within 7-14 days from the date we received it back and your tracking marks it as delivered, please get in touch. If you have not been issued a refund within 20 days from the date you sent it back, we may not have received it, please contact the delivery company. Although we understand this is a lengthy amount of time to wait for your refund to be processed, we only have one member of staff who is authorised to process your refunds. Unlike the packaging team who are at the warehouse several times a week, they are unable to take a trip down to the warehouse very often. We thank you for remaining patient with us and would like to assure you that we are taking steps to shorten the refund processing time.
  • What happens if my order gets lost or arrives damaged?
    Please contact us as soon as you can if you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe. All orders which do not arrive within a week after the estimated arrival date will be investigated as lost. If the courier service confirms that the order is lost you will be sent a replacement. For international customers you will receive a full refund, you're more than welcome to order again if you'd still like the item. If your item arrives faulty or damaged and you'd like to send it back for a replacement, please submit a returns form. You will be sent a pre-paid returns label and once the item has arrived back to us your replacement will be sent out. If you'd prefer to keep the item, we may be able to offer you a partial refund.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Ultimately, this will depend on the shipping method you select at the checkout. If you have forgotten which method you chose please refer back to your order confirmation or dispatch email. Delivery time estimates can also be found on our delivery page: or at the checkout. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your orders are shipped using a tracked service, so please also keep an eye on your tracking link that is attached to your dispatch confirmation email for information regarding your orders arrival. Please also bare in mind that the delivery options at the checkout explicitly state the the arrival time "(after dispatch)". For information on how long an order can take to be dispatched please again refer to our delivery page. If you have placed an order for a pre-order item, the dispatch timeframe for the item(s) will be stated several times before completing your purchase, this can also be found on your order confirmation email after completing the purchase.
  • Are VAT/Customs charges included in the shipping cost?
    No. It's the buyer's responsibility to check their countries rules regarding this and to pay any additional fees. If the customer refuses to pay for any fees due the package will be returned back to Muslimah Kouture and the customer will be refunded for the item minus any shipping costs.
  • What if I receive the wrong item?
    Although unlikely, if you do receive an incorrect item, please contact and include your order number and email address, along with a photo of the incorrect item received.
  • My shipping address is incorrect, what should I do?
    Do not worry, providing we have not yet dispatched your order we can change the address for you. Please contact customer service with your order number and the correct shipping address. If your order has already been dispatched, the courier will return your item to us and you'll have to pay the delivery fee again.
  • Do you deliver to my country?
    Yes, we deliver our products to every country.
  • How can I collect my order?
    We are now offering an order collection option. This means customers can come in and collect their order as soon as it is ready. Once your order is ready for collection a member of the Muslimah Kouture team will text you to let you know that your order is ready for collection along with the full address, collection will usually be the on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 9am-12pm. ​ Collection Point: Birmingham, B6 7ST
