Delivery Costs and Timings
The information below are the dispatch timings excluding eid and ramadan period.
All orders will be processed and packaged for dispatch once a week, the cut off point for this is currently every Sunday morning by 11am, please note that we cannot dispatch your order after this point until the following Sunday. These shipments will then be collected (marking their official dispatch) from our warehouse on Monday mornings.
The time it takes for your item to be delivered will depend on what delivery method you select at the checkout. If you have forgotten the method you selected, please read your order confirmation before reaching out to us. International customers please also make use of your tracking number which can be found on your dispatch confirmation, we can't provide any extra or exclusive tracking information so please make use of the tracking provided.
The delivery time estimates at the checkout are calculated based off an order that has been marked as "dispatched" (usually a Monday morning).
Example: a 1-2 day delivery method will arrive 1-2 days after Monday.
During the eid/ramadan period, dispatch frequency increases and next day delivery options also become available.
PRE ORDERS:
Dispatch times for pre-orders will vary depending on the product. The information on dispatch times will be detailed on the pre order button and again on your order confirmation. We are unable to provide any additional information or exact dates.
Please place orders for pre-order items separate to our in stock items or your entire order will be held whilst waiting for the pre-order items arrival.
