Delivery Costs and Timings

The information below is the dispatch timings as of January 2023 (excluding eid/ramadan period) onwards.

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 WORKING days.

Time it takes for your item to be delivered will depend on what delivery method you selected at the checkout. If you have forgotten the method you selected, please read your order confirmation rather than asking us. International customers please also make use of your tracking number which can be found on your dispatch confirmation, we can't provide any extra or exclusive tracking information so please make use of the tracking provided.

The delivery time estimates below are calculated based off an order that has been marked as "dispatched". After your order has been processed and dispatched, the delivery timings are as follows...

Please Note: These delivery prices are an esitmate. They are based on an example of a one jilbab order. The prices tend to increase/decrease depending on the weight of your order. For an accurate quote please input your address at the checkout.

Standard/Second class delivery: 2-4 working days

Tracked delivery: 1-4 weeks

Orders over 2kg (equivalent of 3 jilbabs) may be separated into two separate parcels, this is how we keep the postage costs as low as possible. International orders (to the US, UAE, EU) over 2kg will be sent using free express delivery (3-4 day arrival time).

Dispatch times for pre-orders will vary depending on the product. The information on dispatch times will be detailed on the pre order button and again on your order confirmation. We are unable to provide any additional information or exact dates.

Please place orders for pre-order items separate to our in stock items or your entire order will be held whilst waiting for the pre-order items arrival.
